Big L Turns 4!

Ewwww... you stink!

The son of some dear friends turned 4 (already?!) recently so we happily joined in on his trash-themed birthday festivities. Mother Nature graced us with a beautiful fall day, perfect for the birthday boy and all of his friends to celebrate outside.  

S is 6 Months Old!

This little lady has a special place in our hearts as her mom and I were pregnant at the exact same time (we even started out with the same due date).  We also celebrated our first Mother's Day together so I was more than happy to help when they asked if I'd take some family shots when S turned 6 months.  And I must say - despite S's dad being less than overjoyed to participate, the shots of him and his little girl are priceless.  

  
 

The T's are Having a Baby!

It didn't take long to discover that one of the greatest joys of taking pictures is being asked by a close friend to document an incredibly special time in her life.

We happened to be down in North Carolina and this proud momma-to-be (and one of my best friends) asked me to take some pictures of them before Baby T's grand arrival.  We can't wait to meet this special little boy!

Miss E Turns 1!

It's cliche... and perhaps it felt so much more this time having my own little one... but has it really been a year since little E waltzed into our lives?  As bittersweet a day this way, marking a whole twelve months of life (already gone by), we all managed to enjoy it every bit of it - certainly thanks to E's creative and hard-working parents mom.  Happiest 1 Year, Miss E!

A First Mother's Day

This Mother's Day was especially meaningful as it was a first for both our good friends, the G's, as well as us.  Even with a 6-week old on their hands, the G's were generous enough to have a delicious luncheon to celebrate such a special day.  The afternoon was perfect and I was happy to have grabbed these quick family shots.

Miss E is 3-Months Old!

These little ones really do grow too quickly.  It seems like just yesterday we were rushing to the hospital to meet this baby girl and now she's passed the three-month mark!  It's been so much fun watching little Miss E these past few months.

 

Miss E Has Arrived!

At long last, sweet E has arrived... she was bright-eyed and bushy-tailed the whole time we hung out with her.  Her parents are so clearly already in love with their little miracle.
